Frequently Asked Questions

Where is your office located?

I work exclusively online, so you can attend sessions from the comfort of your own space (anywhere in Colorado).

This flexibility makes therapy more accessible and helps you focus more fully on our work together with fewer distractions.

What are your hours?
I offer sessions Monday through Friday, with flexible scheduling to meet your needs. Contact me for specific availability, and we’ll find a time that works best.
How long are your sessions?
Sessions are typically 50 minutes. I also offer longer 90-minute sessions and intensives upon request.
How much do you charge?

My fees range from $165 to $300, depending on the type and duration of the session.

I believe in making mental health support as accessible as possible. If financial constraints are a concern, please let me know, and we can discuss options.

Do you accept insurance?

I do not accept insurance directly, but I can provide out-of-network support and “Superbills” for potential reimbursement from your insurance provider.

It’s best to check directly with your insurance to understand your coverage.

How do I set up an appointment?

You can easily schedule an appointment directly through my scheduling page.

You can also reach out via email or phone. I’m happy to set up a free initial consultation to discuss your goals and ensure we’re a good fit.

What is your cancellation policy?

I request at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations. This is to respect your and my time, and it allows me to offer the time slot to another client.

Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged the full session fee.

With whom do you work?

I primarily work with adults, especially those navigating life transitions, seeking personal growth, or feeling overwhelmed and disconnected from their purpose.

While I have extensive knowledge and training in masculine psychology, I also enjoy working with women and couples. Each client’s journey is unique, and I’m here to provide support no matter where you are.

What happens in sessions?

Sessions are collaborative and active, combining insights from depth psychology, somatic work, trauma healing, and spiritual growth.

Together, we’ll explore patterns and new ways of connecting with your life purpose. I also incorporate philosophical perspectives like stoicism and existentialism to help you navigate life’s challenges with resilience. Each session is uniquely tailored, with techniques and exercises as needed.

Do you give assignments between sessions?

Yes, I often provide homework, which can include reading and writing exercises, journaling prompts, mindfulness, or yoga/fitness practices to keep our work progressing between sessions.

These assignments help you integrate insights and allow for meaningful transformation beyond our time together.

What treatment modalities do you use?
My approach is integrative and non-traditional, drawing from depth psychology, somatic experiencing, trauma healing, and philosophical orientations, including stoicism and existentialism. This combination supports practical growth, healing, and deep self-exploration.
What is your professional training and experience?

I’m a licensed therapist with extensive training in somatic work, trauma healing, depth psychology, and masculine psychology. This blend allows me to support clients across a range of experiences, specializing in issues like anxiety, life transitions, and identity.

I have also committed my life to teaching yoga and expanding my creativity through music. I have extensive training in these worlds, and it shows up in my therapy process.

What excites you most about therapy?

I’m passionate about witnessing my clients’ transformations as they reconnect with their authentic selves. Helping people find inner strength and see life with renewed purpose is deeply rewarding.

The challenge of a lifetime is becoming who you truly are, and this is no small act. We all can unlearn who we have been taught we have to be, thus rediscovering the beauty of a true life.

Who are some of your biggest influences?

My approach has been shaped by the teachings and writings of Alan Watts, Carl Jung, Robert Bly, Jiddu Krishnamurti, J.R.R. Tolkien, Ralph Waldo Emerson, and Eknath Easwaran. Each of these thinkers has deeply influenced how I see life, growth, and the mysteries of the human experience.

What are your favorite perspectives on life and growth?

I believe that life is a continuous journey of learning and self-discovery. The Greatest Journey is inward.

Key principles of Jungian Psychotherapy, Yoga Philosophy, and Existentialism guide my approach, as I see our inner world profoundly shaping our outer experience.

The combination of depth psychology, somatic awareness, and spiritual and philosophical insights is, for me, key to true personal growth and resilience.
